By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age when purchasing a product containing alcohol. Alcohol products can only be provided when purchasing a floral arrangement or gift package. Alcohol will not be sold separately. No profit made with any alcohol.
Flowers on the Avenues provides delivery with the purchase of its products within the area identified on our website. Payment of goods is required prior to delivery. For deliveries outside of that identified area, you will need to contact us on 0494 176 417 to arrange an agreed meeting point in Townsville to deliver the product. Due to the delicate nature of floral arrangements, shipping via mail or courier service is not a prefer method of delivery.
Flowers on the Avenues handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. As each arrangement is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us on 0494 176 417 or to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your gift or order. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
The return of a gift or arrangement will only be accepted within 24 hours of delivery with a valid reason for return. Non-acceptance of your gift or arrangement to a third-party is not a valid reason for return. However, should a product be faulty and/or damaged when delivered by Flowers on the Avenues (not a courier service), all efforts will be made to replace or refund the price of the product in full. Refunds can only be made back to the credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase.
